Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Please note:

  • All items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items Certain products are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized and custom items
  • Opened and used skincare devices, such as LED therapy masks and hair growth caps, due to hygiene and safety reasons

LED Therapy Masks and Hair Growth Devices LED therapy masks and hair growth devices are non-returnable if they have been used. We encourage you to inspect these items upon receipt. In the case of a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or repair. Products that are unopened and in their original packaging may be eligible for return if requested within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at support@sonexcare.com, and we will provide further instructions.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the item is received, we will issue a gift certificate that can be used for future purchases.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sonexcare.com.

Return Shipping To return your product, please contact us at support@sonexcare.com for the appropriate return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
